Our history

From a “House of Assembly”
to a lasting institution.

The club's roots lie in informal gatherings of young friends at Pa Johnson Ayemoba's residence, where academic ambition, encouragement and friendship shaped a shared future.

A circle of friends

Young men met to discuss higher education and personal progress, later organising free holiday coaching for students in Agenebode.

The idea takes shape

A meeting in Lagos laid the groundwork for a structured organisation and future gatherings.

The first formal meeting

Twenty-one people met at Ogbake Primary School, adopted the name “Pyramid,” introduced dues and appointed an interim executive.

Commitment in action

The club continues to turn friendship, expertise and collective responsibility into visible community progress.
